People in Greater Manchester are being asked to join a conversation about their mental wellbeing, to discover how they feel, what worries them, and what they think can be done to make a positive difference to where they live.

The purpose of the surveys was to listen and learn about your experiences and your views on how we could improve services for the benefit of children and young people in the future.

Dementia: lived experiences

In September 2019, Social Sense and Hitch ran a survey capturing the opinions of people affected by dementia. Their responses will help us to better understand and improve their experiences.

Our Greater Manchester Health and Care Engagement framework builds on years of partnership in the region, involving both fully established and more recently formed groups and networks following devolution in 2016.
The framework describes our collective approach to getting people involved in our decision-making. It's our duty to ask for input from the public, patients and carers. But it's also about doing things differently to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone who lives and works in Greater Manchester.
